I was shocked at the service.
Despite 3 emails and numerous texts, it took 6 days for the driver to get in contact to confirm collection times. It was only after i contacted Anyvan head office and they contacted him that he finally called back.
And then he was vague about times (maybe late evening, early morning..), didn'tt show up in the evening or the morning when he said he would, didn't communicate with the collection person auntil late in the afternoon, and even then turned up an hour later than he said he would. He then hung up when i told him how unprofessional he was and that we had had no choice but to organise an alternative driver.
If you want a professional service with someone who communicates, this is not your man!

i send my wardrobe and not deliver . now not answering phone. wardrobe was completely new.

Despit a job marked as "Urgent" and the times "Unflexible" this man never showed! I had to contact him myself to get him to confirm he accepted the job, then after several hours wait with no updates (despite his promise to call when he was on the way) he then reveals he cant do it and asks if he can do it the next evening.

I gave him the choice of either late tonight or early the next day, he promised to call me back. No call back, then couldnt get hold of him till 1pm the following day and only after using a number i hadn't registered on the site.

Despite leaving me totally in the lurch he offered no apology, doged calls and didn't even have the guts to tell me he wasn't going to make it the day before or morning after

Absolutlely useless and totally unreliable.
