I was thoroughly impressed by the excellent service, professional attitude, helpful communications and determination of this extremely courteous man to go the extra mile to ensure that customer satisfaction exceeded expectations. I was having a large dresser picked up from a seller who had stipulated "collection only" so I was concerned that seller should not find my arrangements for collection an inconvenience. I needn't have worried. The seller took time out to send me a message praising my choice of Courier and describing him as "very professional". I would definitely use Roman again and recommend him to anyone who needs a reasonably priced and totally reliable man with a van. |

Roman was superb! He phoned to say when he was picking up, arrived exactly on time, took exceptional care to protect the mattress in transit, phoned the recipient to say when he would be delivering, arrived exactly when he said he would, offered to carry the mattress upstairs and finally rang me to say that the job was complete. I would certainly recommend him. |

Roman was just fantastic. He rang to confirm the job, turned up on time and even took some extra stuff for an additional cost which helped me out enormously. He also called 30 mins before he was due to arrive at the final destination. He took great care of our stuff, was so courteous, I wouldn't hesitate to use home again and thoroughly recommend him. |
