About Me
We are a small family run courier business. We are based in East Anglia, we operate locally & nationally using a LWB transit van.
We are fully insured courier business, which includes,goods in transit insurance of £20,000 and public liability insurance of £2 million.
We operate as one man in a van service, as such all quotes are based on this understanding. Any large or bulky items help will be required at both collection & delivery to get items on the van.
We specialise in ebay collections, furniture, same day. All items where possible are blanket wrapped & secured during transit.
We operate on a 2 week turn around for collections & delivery. Hours of business is Monday to Friday, 8am 6pm. We sometimes operate on a Saturday at premium rates.
Favoured method of communication, is email & text. Once bid is accepted, we will contact you within 24 hrs to gather all information. We will then arrange the collection time, within 2 weeks of the bid been accepted. Once collection has been arranged we will contact yourselves to confirm collection has been arranged & date for delivery. We have facilities to store items, first week is free, after this time a weekly charge will be levied.

The other star ratings are all determined by the number of successful jobs with a compulsory minimum of 95% feedback:
- Bronze Certified = 20 - 70 successful jobs
- Silver Certified
= 71 - 250 successful jobs - Gold Certified
= 250+ successful jobs

- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details
