Welcome to our profile.We are polite and hardworking team, with more than 10 years’ experience in removals and then 3 years with AnyVan.

Terms and Conditions:
1. We reserve the right to cancel jobs if they have been accepted prior without checking our availability.
2. We will charge £40/hour for waiting time. We reserve the right to unload the van at an appropriate place at the property, if the keys for property will not be available.
3. We reserve the right apply extra charges, in case there are changes in inventory list and additional items are added.(We don’t mind to take few extra boxes).
4. We not doing any dismantle/reassemble and connect/reconnect white goods job for the client items unless it was negotiated before job acceptance. This service is available for extra charge.
5. Customer has to make sure there is parking space ready for the van. If not please let us know and the price could change.
6. We reserve the right to take other jobs on board, unless the customer has required the VAN only for his job.
7. If the client didn’t negotiate a time slot for the pick-up/drop-off then we reserve the right to choose one.
8. This is building-to-building service and all quotes are including free complimentary room to room service. In case floor levels have not been mentioned on the job-sheet, items will be delivered to the ground floor, or additional charges will be applied to cover the costs.
9. All damages/complains must be reported on delivery or within a maximum 24 hour window after job completion, otherwise insurers will not accept a claim. A written copy of the claim must be provided with full details of the claim.
10. Items weight that we can lift are limited by Health&Safety Regulations, and we reserve the right to empty/dismantle and apply extra charges for this.
11. Packing services must be confirmed through AnyVan messaging system, as we receive many requests for packing, but we need a confirmation that the packing will be required.
12. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses, which can influence the completion of the job.

To become an Accredited transport provider we ask our users to present one of the following pieces of documentation to further verify themselves.
- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details

Basic but good... and from a pure loading and unloading perspective they were good. Pick-up time was also good But drop-off time was 7 hours later than agreed wasting our entire day at a storage location... then denied that they had agreed such a time... which was very frustrating. |
