We are a family run business collecting and delivering goods through-out England, Scotland and Wales seven days a week.
We also offer storage at competitive rates for either short or long term.
Our office staff will liaise directly with seller and buyer to make all necessary arrangements.
We have full insurance and liabilities. Any damage must be reported at the time of delivery otherwise we cannot be held responsible as items could be moved or damaged after delivery. Please note that if items are already packaged we cannot offer insurance as we are not aware of the condition of the item when collected.
The business prides itself on prompt collection and deliveries. All items are transported blanket wrapped and secured. However delicate items such as glass and painted items can be bubble wrapped at an additional charge. If bubble wrapping is not requested we cannot be held responsible for damage during transit of the above mentioned items. Also mattresses and sofas can be protected with polythene bags at a charge of £8.00 per bag. All deliveries are door step delivery but the drivers are usually happy to take the item inside but do not take items upstairs unless pre-arranged as our insurance doesn't cover us for this.

Route plans are completed at the beginning of each week so customers will be advised on Monday/Tuesday of collection/delivery days.

All collections and deliveries are made by ourselves, not third party or sub contracted.

Please note all deliveries are made whilst in the area and each party is given at least 24 hours’ notice - if delivery is not able to be taken storage charges will apply.

Any cancelled bookings are subject to a 15% charge of the full bid price with a minimum of £15.00.
