Good luck trying to get hold of this company. I booked the job with 45 days notice from my move day and on approaching the big move the guy was not contactable at all. Tried by email 2 weeks before, then left voicemails and text messages but had no reply from any messages I left. Then with just two days left before move day and no idea what was going on, what time the guy was going to arrive or even if he was going to turn up, I had to contact Anyvan to express my concerns. They also couldnot contact the driver and hence I had to re list the job and search all over again. Very unreliable. I would not recommend at all. |
