Member of this site for three years please read our reviews for piece of mind.
We run regular runs from our base in Devon all over the UK and at least once per month to France. We only select jobs on this site that fit in with planned runs to avoid delays and give as best service we can at a budget price.
Terms of business
All jobs on this site are quoted on a budget basis fitting in with our regular runs with one man ground floor to ground floor service quoted unless we are quoting based on the item description on the site
Before accepting please understand that these jobs are designed to fit around our regular work as part loads. hence being able to quote a very low figure compared to an individual job designed to fit around the pick up and delivery point.
We quote only on a flexible basis with am or pm calls No set times can be given until the route is finalised.
If either the pick up or delivery point has time restrictions please ask before accepting as it may not fit in with our route.
If you do require a more individual job we are more then happy to quote on this basis.
Please note that all goods are protected in transit with straps and blankets. However the goods should be suitable packed and protected for transport. Our insurance will not cover any unprotected item which will be carried, but at owners risk
All jobs will be invoiced via email with our bank details for bank transfer. Payment is due prior to delivery of goods either by transfer or cash on delivery.
Here at AnyVan, we recognise the importance of finding a reliable company hence the reason for the Certified Badge found on their profile page.
The other star ratings are all determined by the number of successful jobs with a compulsory minimum of 95% feedback:
- Bronze Certified
= 20 - 70 successful jobs - Silver Certified = 71 - 250 successful jobs
- Gold Certified
= 250+ successful jobs
The purpose of this badge is to highlight our companies that have consistently given a good service to the benefit of our users.
Please note: This is by no means a guarantee of their future work however this is representative of the work done to date.
To become an Accredited transport provider we ask our users to present one of the following pieces of documentation to further verify themselves.
- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details
