Very disappointed with service.. Didn’t go for lowest price thinking I would get decent service.. then got a text an hour before the pick up time saying the van had broken down.. couldn’t provide an alternative van or collection time.. tried calling him but he wouldn’t answer the phone… do not uses this van company.. |

Very impressed- picked up all items, loaded all items securely and delivered safety taking all boxes where we needed them. Load was also slightly different to original request which they were absolutely fine with. |

The van was 20 minutes late to start of with. When it did show up it was not equipped with straps or protective blankets required for furniture removal (I had specifically asked for the van to be equipped with these items). It then took the driver and his assistant another 40 minutes to go a buy these. Although the 2 young men were very nice the job was delayed by an hour! Not a good start! |
