your goods are delivered from you to your customers we operate a good service and will take care of your goods at all times. we offer covers to protect goods in the items that are given and will keep informed by text or phone on route so you know how things are going I have in the road transport business for many years and I still look forward to working with you. I do work alone so some heavy items I will need help so I can arrange at your cost extra men PLEASE IT IS AN IMPORTANT THAT WHEN BOOKING IF YOU NEED THIS SERVICE
Please note my bid is for the postcodes you place when accepting my bid. whie bid has been accepted by me If you change the collection or delivery postcodes I reserve the right to charge £1.00 per additional mile.
Estimated times of arrival are exactly that if you have paid for same day delivery your item will be deliver that day up to 10p.m
If you have not paid for a same day delivery your item will be collected or delivered within the timeframe agreed at the point of your bid being accepted.
unforeseen circumstances
i will not be held responsible for any delays caused beyond my control I.E traffic jams closed roads due to accidents, adverse weather conditions such as snow high winds.
please note ferry fees to scotlans islands , isle of man and isle of wight are not included in any price quoted due to ticket price variations. i will let you know what the price is this paragraph applies to all bids placed
waiting time exceeding 30 miniutes at collection or delivery address is charged £20 per 30miniutes
extra charge may apply if the actural amount of items that were including in the original quotes
additional charge might occur if road or drive is unsuitable
To become an Accredited transport provider we ask our users to present one of the following pieces of documentation to further verify themselves.
- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details
