really disappointing - let me down twice on two different days (both times I waited in several hours as did the person at the other end). Didn't have the courtesy even to answer my calls to explain why he didn't make it. Maybe there's a reason why he just didn't turn up ...................until then wouldn't advise you using this provider at all. |

Great help with my room move, however the driver was over 3 hours late (understandably because of the bad weather causing traffic problems), however, the communication could have been better, the mobile number I was given wasn't the driver but the person organising the jobs. He kept saying the driver was coming and would get him to phone me but it never happened, so had to keep calling. Would have been good to have known how late he was going to be and to be updated. |
