We are a collection/delivery company with our office based in North London, England. Our service extends to all of the regions of England and Scotland and our drivers work nationwide and are now offering our services in Europe.
We offer a fast, efficient and reliable service.


TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. Once a bid is accepted, we will contact you by e-mail/text within 48 hours from the date. If the job is urgent for the same day/next day, we shall contact you within 3 hours to confirm arrangements.

2. Any jobs that are cancelled/postponed within 48 hours of the date of the job will not incur a charge. However, if cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the job taking place, a charge of £100.00 would be applied.

3. If collection or delivery is within the LONDON CONGESTION ZONE, then there will be an additional charge of £10.

4. Is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the availability or have permission for parking, if our van receives a penalty charge is customer's responsibility to reimburse the driver when payment is made

5. We always aim to complete our deliveries within the times specified. However, we cannot be held responsible for events or circumstances beyond our control (i.e. breakdown, accident, adverse weather conditions, major traffic delays, or customer delays etc). If for any reason we are unable to complete your collection/delivery within the specified date/times, then we would contact you immediately and complete our deliveries at the soonest opportunity.
