About Me
We are a rapid response courier service currently trading from the North East of England. At the moment we only have one vehicle in service but are looking to increase this number within the following year. We are fully lisenced and fully insured service keeping the customers mind at ease if anything was to go wrong which we are 100% certain this will never happen.
We are a dedicated and realiable service ensuring that each customer and item collected/delivered is dealt with and handled in a friendly and professional manner. No job is to small for us and we ensure to offer the best possible service to those that require it.
We rely on our customers, that is why we keep in contact with both collection and delivery ends every step of the way so that they know exactly where their parcel is and when it will arrive at its destination.
We try to ensure that with every job we undertake we contact both recipients within 30 mins of job acceptance and try to arrange times and dates which are best for each recipients.

The other star ratings are all determined by the number of successful jobs with a compulsory minimum of 95% feedback:
- Bronze Certified = 20 - 70 successful jobs
- Silver Certified
= 71 - 250 successful jobs - Gold Certified
= 250+ successful jobs

- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details
