The courier cancelled my job in the end after a week of date changes and general messing about. Not sure if he under quoted and changed his mind once he realised this but highly unprofessional. I ended up having to send to seller of the item flowers for all the nuisance caused at a cost to me. Not impressed at all. |

I accepted the job, booked it and paid the deposit, then 4 days later this courier cancelled the job leaving me stuck! Then had to try and organise refund and a new courier |

BEWARE DO NOT BOOK THIS COURIER - he is very unreliable - he accepted the quote then changed the collection day 3 times when i tryed to make contact he did not answer emails or answer his phone - his last communication was he would collect at 3pm - and he never turned up or made contact - very disappointed |

This guy is unreliable. He agreed to pickup and deliver on thursday, then texted and changed to monday, then backtracked for friday, then saturday. After i asked for confirmation of when he was going to pickup i heard nothing for 36 hours only to find a message on Anyvan saying he had to cancel. He did apologise but i'm pretty pissed off as if he'd just done it when he said he could originally on the thursday my daughter could now be playing in her playhouse instead of me having to relist the job! |
