I am in this business since 1995, with a big experience and a professional attitude. Usually I am one man power, so I need help for loading and unloading.
On board I have all materials which needed for a secure transport. No hidden costs or taxes. The customer have to be sure that the inventory is completed. Any extra items that are not listed will be charged by an extra cost. The customer has to inform me about any traffic restrictions from pickup /delivery point, indoor stairs, lifts, distance from pickup point to parking place and also from parking place to delivery point if these are more than 10 m. If there’s a distance between where the VAN is parked and the entrance to the House/Flat bigger than 10 meters, I reserve the right to charge an extra 5€ for each meter of distance.
I reserves the right to take other jobs on board, unless the customer has required the VAN only for his job.
Items weight that I can lift are limited by Health&Safety Regulations, and I reserve the right to empty/dismantle and apply extra charges for this.
If floor level is not stated extra charges might be incurred.
Cancellation fee is 50% of the agreed price.
All your goods are fully insured while transported. All damages/complaints must be reported on delivery. The goods improper packed or without fragile label are not insured while transported.

Transporteur exceptionnel. Mis a part sa trés grande gentillesse qui est déjà très agréable , le déménagement s'est parfaitement passé avec quelqu'un de très précautionneux.
