Terms and Conditions:
If you have more items than stated on your listing then extra charges may be incurred.
If you provide a different collection/delivery address than on your listing then extra charges may be incurred.
In a situation where the company has to store and secure the customer's item in a secure storage or locker, a minimum of £5 per day charge will incur and it will increase according to the size/volume of the item.
Please note we are not responsible or liable in any way for loss of income/time off work whatsoever you may have incurred
While waiting for us to deliver or collect.
If we have to wait more than 30 minutes at either collection or delivery address then a waiting charge of £10 per 30 minutes will be charged. If the customer doesn't turn up to take his/her delivery at the delivery point then he/she will be charged extra for the rearrangement of his/her delivery of the items. Charges may vary, depends on the volume of the items and distance covered for delivering the items again.
Sometimes things go wrong, traffic delays, motorway closures, vehicle breakdowns, staff illness which may result in us not getting to you at the arranged time or even on the arranged day, whilst we will endeavour to keep you fully informed we may due to time restraints have to reschedule your job.
Please note if you require a 2 man service, please ask us for it.
It is YOUR responsibility to check that any item YOU bought will fit into YOUR home or place of work, because for dismantling and assembling extra charges will apply
No job will be booked in until YOU have completed ALL details on your job listing, including Contact Telephone Numbers & FULL Postal address for BOTH collection and delivery address.
It is customers responsibility to make sure our removal vans will have space to park or will have to pay for it and get money of the customer, any parking fines will have to be paid by customer.

The other star ratings are all determined by the number of successful jobs with a compulsory minimum of 95% feedback:
- Bronze Certified
= 20 - 70 successful jobs - Silver Certified
= 71 - 250 successful jobs - Gold Certified = 250+ successful jobs

- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details

Fuzail was very professional and helpful throughout the whole moving process. I was expecting my things (7 boxes from Manchester to London) to be move throughout the weekend as I found cheaper prices on those particular days, but Fuzail was available before and asked if they could be delivered before at the same price. This was very convenient for me as I could move my stuff earlier. After that, he maintained a very good communication while picking, transporting and delivering my boxes. Due to traffic, Fuzail was delayed; however, my boxes were delivered without any issue. I would completely use this service and would book it with Fuzail again. |
