Paid our deposit for the job. Then received no contact from the company for over a week. Finally got hold of them on a Friday and they committed to do the job the following Monday. On that Monday, received no contact from the company (either at collection or delivery end) and no response to phone calls and emails. Have sought refund of deposit. |

Driver did not turn up on arranged day and did not contact me to me. I have emailed text and called them to find out why they did not turn up still have had no response, I would like my £15 deposit returned. I would not recommend this provider or this service |

It was a mistake using this website I waited from eight to 15.30 for them to turn and it was a different courier with a small van he had to do 2 trips which doubled my cost.I will never recommend this website to any body 100% disappointed. |

Not altogether their fault because of 2 van breakdowns, but it was a very stressful experience. They said that they must change the price by £60, failed to provide the second person needed to do the job so that they asked my infirm brother and me to help load and unload, told me the driver's name and then a different driver arrived, didn't ring back when they said they would, and instead of delivering between 11.00am and 2,00, eventually came at 20.30pm,after my son (who came around to help) had left. Altogether a shambles but at least they delivered, and on the day they said! |

The van never came. The driver had his mobile switched off and we were left on the street with our wardrobe dismantled with no information. Finally we found another transport. And to add to this - the office promised to make a refund but nothing has happened for the last 7 days. This driver not recommended! |
