We are fully insured and run both a van with taillift and box trailer combination enabling us to carry larger loads. Up to 30 sq mtrs

between booking collection and delivery this has been a long process for me to wait, and to top it off the item arrived water damaged, and therefore is ruined, i will never use this company again, when confronted with photos of the damage driver claimed it was raining on collection, however collection person said it was dry and he helped the driver load it , make out of all this what you can . all i know that between the driver picking it up and delivering it a week + later the machine is now wet to the touch and water damaged as its been exposed to excess water and moisture, and not looked after whilst in the companies hands . i am not happy , but hopefully whats happened to me recently will make you think twice about using this company to move your precious items . |
