I am a sole trader who collects goods from my customers and deliver them to the correct destination at the right time at a minimum charge. I believe communication with my customers is vital as this gives them a piece of mind regarding collection and delivery.

Customer satisfaction is what has made my business and clientele grow.

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING BEFORE ACCEPTING MY BID.

1-Collection and delivery of items within 14 days. (on flexible listings only) unless agreed before bid is accepted.
A bid placed is done so on the understanding that.

YOU** as the customer are booking a man plus van service delivering an item door to door, ground floor to ground floor only. (I can do a few stairs)

YOU** are responsible for arranging assistance at ALL addresses concerned should the item be bigger than one man can carry.

YOU are responsible for providing me with the simplest information regarding address details for Both collection and delivery addresses, and contact details of both parties(basically anything to help a driver in an unknown area)

( WITHIN 48 HOURS, I can't drive and write at the same time )
once a bid is accepted to arrange collection and delivery dates. I will not give exact times but ETA

Once a bid is accepted please send ME an EMAIL as the job sheet only allows for basic information.
I will then call to arrange all details.

I CANNOT be held responsible for delays due to traffic or weather.

I WILL report ANY negative feedback OR any customer who fails to understand the above,regardless of job completion or not!

P.S I have the right to cancel any job listed as flexible if I then find out this is not the case,
Have never had any items damaged if they are we would like to be informed on delivery not afterwards
