Terms of Acceptance of our Quotation

Unless otherwise agreed in pre contract discussion, and confirmed in writing, the following assumptions are made, and will constitute the terms of our transport contract.

All vehicles will be :

In running condition. Start, stop and be manoeuvrable under its own power.

Have inflated tyres.

Have no bodywork protruding or hanging from the vehicle.

Are not crash damaged, to the degree that the vehicle requires lifting onto the trailer.

Have all wheels securely attached to the vehicle.

Have standard factory fitted wheels and tyres.

Any items stored in the vehicle will be charged a parcel rate for transport, unless otherwise agreed in writing. POA

Free of loose parts. In the event of loss of loose parts, we will not be responsible.

Have no modifications that will impact on the loading/unloading of the vehicle.

Be accessible for loading purposes on a hard standing. (Not fields, small openings etc)

All transport costs are payable in full on the following terms :

24 hrs prior to collection via, cash, card, bank transfer.
Cash on collection or delivery by prior agreement.
Trade accounts subject to status.

Under no circumstances will we accept payment by cheque, unless cleared in advance.

If your vehicle does not fit in to the criteria of our assumptions, it is your responsibility to make us aware before accepting the quotation. All amendments afterwards may be subject to a surcharge.
