Terms and conditions.
It’s the customer’s responsibility to:
• Provide appropriate packaging for their items. We do not accept responsibility for any damage/breakages caused by packing of goods. Recommended box weight: 25kg Max 30kg
• Provide parking/parking permits if applicable.
• Price for pianos includes dismantle and rebuild.
• Fully dismantle furniture, Drawers/ beds etc in advance unless a full dismantling/packing service has been negotiated and agreed. It’s the customer's responsibility to keep safe any screws/fixtures etc.
•Full payment must be made in cash upon completion of your job. Any other payment must be agreed in advance and funds need to clear at least 7 days before your job is completed.
•Waiting time outside designated job are charged at £25per half hour.
•No cancelation charge
• Any ferry or toll charges are not included in the price.
• Jobs to be collected and delivered within 3-5 days
• Any additional items not on the inventory list we reserve the right to refuse for insurance purposes
•Customer must confirm 12hours before that the job is to go ahead, failing to do so will result in cancelation.

The other star ratings are all determined by the number of successful jobs with a compulsory minimum of 95% feedback:
- Bronze Certified
= 20 - 70 successful jobs - Silver Certified
= 71 - 250 successful jobs - Gold Certified = 250+ successful jobs

To become an Accredited transport provider we ask our users to present one of the following pieces of documentation to further verify themselves.
- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details
