Spoke to Vicky this evening about the lack of comms & service between Anyvan & your third party. Anyvan & your third party provider have had my money up front. They are not responding to telephone or emails. I hold you directly responsible. Your third party provider has my goods & my money. They have failed to collect by over 24 hrs & failed to deliver by 72 hrs. They do not communicate by any means. If I can show that they dishonestly appropriated goods, then I will be forced to go to law with yourselves & your third party provider. |

This company is shocking DO NOT use them at all costs they lie about collection and about their own company tricking people into believing they are bigger than they actually are kept us waiting a week and then kept moving delivery days if you want the job doing look elsewhere ! They said so we advise anyone to do the same |

Collection was made on the due date, a little bit later than arranged, but I was kept informed of the delay. Delivery to me in France was made on the agreed day and at around the expected time. Nothing was damaged in transit. This was my first experience of sending anything abroad and although a little apprehensive, I need not have worried, Steven was very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. |

Piano was collected and delivered carefully and crews were polite and helpful. Thank you. The price was very competitive and we were pleased to support a social enterprise doing a great job. The only snag was that the ETA proved way out: due to arrive at 2pm, the van eventually arrived at 2am the following morning and the crew slept in the van until 8am! More realistic timings and communications would be preferable! |
