Terms & Conditions:

1. Our quote includes only one person with the help of loading / unloading.

2. Please ensure that your inventory/description is as accurate as possible. Our quote is based on the items stated. We fully understand nothing can be 100% accurate but we do ask our clients to be as honest as possible. If there is a vast variance in items then we do reserve the right to charge additional costs.

3. Our service is ground floor to ground floor if you require the driver to place/collect items in your home or carry upstairs/downstairs please state beforehand. (failure to do so may incur an extra charge)

4. Please ensure your items are packaged appropriately as we cannot take responsibility for damaged items inappropriately packed

5. We charge £45 extra for each hour of delay while you waiting to get the key to the new property
6. We reserve the right to charge between 50-100% of the price to be paid if the job is canceled at short notice.

7. If a time slot wasn’t booked then we reserve the right to choose one.

8. Please note that we might take other jobs on board, unless you have paid for an exclusive van
