We are a family owned company who have been in business since April 1988. We offer a friendly, prompt and reliable service. We do not claim to be the cheapest but our prices reflect the service provided. We have vans and 7.5 ton vehicles available.
All jobs will be carried out by one man and vehicle. Two men can be provided (for larger items) on request by prior arrangement & this may incur a further fee.
Please insure a full inventory is provided before collection as any extra items will incur further charges. We aim to complete all jobs within 7 to 14 working days of bid being accepted.
We operate from the NORTHWEST of England throughout the MAIN LAND UK. We can arrange deliveries and collections from IRELAND, HIGHLANDS OF SCOTLAND & EUROPE If you would like to make use of any of these services then please contact us
We are fully insured.
CASH on delivery is our preferred method of payment however, we will accept bank transfer (if agreed prior with the Office). Payment must be received/Cleared by the agreed date, except for Cash on Collection or Delivery work that will be paid on the day. We look forward to meeting you.

Once you accept our bid our rules are simple -
ALL Items must be adequately packaged for transit. We can offer a packaging service at additional cost, which must be requested prior to collection.
You must supply Full Address incl POST CODE & Contact details of collection and delivery
Your collection/delivery will be carried out on a freight basis only.
TIMED OR AM/PM DELIVERIES are NOT available on freight or economy services.
Our loading time is 30 minutes. (Waiting time will be charged for any items not ready to be collected)
All items collected without adequate packaging are done so at your own risk- your driver may take photo's of the items & collection sheet must be signed for by seller.
To become an Accredited transport provider we ask our users to present one of the following pieces of documentation to further verify themselves.
- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details

This company took delivery of my dresser and initially the communication from them was good. However they failed to turn up on the agreed delivery day with my goods and then went silent. They did not respond to emails, text messages and did not answer their phone. I finally had to relist the job and get another courier (vkmoves) to collect my goods from them to deliver to me. I was advised that the 'warehouse' my goods were stored in was a back garden with a tarpaulin over the top. Not very impressed and would not use this company again. |

Nothing but excuses and lies - no contact after every failed collection and delivery and a very aggressive manner when I called to find out what was going on. multiple failures after being guaranteed delivery followed by complete ignorance as they stopped replying to my messages and phone calls. |

I have been very let down by this company. I have not received my goods as no pick-up was ever made. Initially when I confirmed pick-up I should have been wary as they then said they wouldn't be able to pick-up until a week after the agreed date, however I decided to go ahead with them as everything had been confirmed. We had a freindly correspondance on email and then after one week they 'disappeared'. I have not been able to contact them on email or phone. The landline puts you on hold for ever and the mobile number is switched off. They have really let me down. Do NOT use this company. |

They didn't turn up on the specified date and now are no longer contactable. They do not answer phone calls leaving you on hold and the mobile number is switched off, they also do not reply to any emails. |

Thank you or an excellent service that delivered on its promise. Especially pleased with the care that firs the office and then the driver, Andy, took, to keep in touch with us and update us on ETA. Driver and assistant went the extra mile to wait when the supplier was late turning up, and called to reassure us that, on pick up, the canopy was in very good condition with no scratches. Very helpful again at the delivery end., even though it was Friday 8pm and they must have been longing to get home. Happy customers here! |
