We are insured Professional Moving Company. A high quality service and a detailed approach to every move is what we deliver to our customers.
In order to secure your items safely during transit, we use special removal blankets, bubble wrap and cardboard. To fix them inside the van we use bungee cords, or straps whichever is necessary.
Most of the times our vans operate with a 2 man crew, so you don't have to worry about the loading and unloading. All our vans are supplied with modern satnavs , and removal trollies to assist our team with handling heavy items.
Our Ts&Cs will be emailed once the quote is accepted via AnyVan, as it is a bit too much information to include on this profile page.

Customers must list your items as accurately as possible and state any requirements or special instructions prior to reaching a formal agreement so we can quote for the right type of service and provide an an accurate quote. Extra work required which was not agreed before accepting our quote won't be done free of charge!
We try to give you the best possible price but on the other hand we assume reasonable flexibility from your side. If your delivery is fixed for a date always CHECK WITH US BEFORE ACCEPTING OUR OFFER!
We accept cash, account transfer or PayPal payments.
Account and PayPal payments need to be completed before delivery. Transfer fees to be covered by customers (for international and PayPal payments).
Some jobs may be subcontracted if the matter is urgent and a contingency plan is needed.
Once a bid is accepted please wait for our email confirmation or email / text us if it is a matter of urgency.
We charge extra for dismantling/reassembly service, packaging, storage (including when the storage is needed because customer fails to comply with our payment terms). Storage in such cases would cost £5 to £30 per 1m3 (35 cubic feet) per night depending on type/weight of the load.
Allocation of items above ground floor rooms must be agreed in advance. We secure the right to refuse lifting items above the recommended lifting weight limit.
The customer is responsible to communicate possible issues with access to each destination before completing their booking. Walking distance over 15 meters from van to door may incur additional charges.

Completed a house move for us. I would say the drives are fine nut its the guy orgsnising it is all over the place. They arrived late because didn't organise to stay near the house so had to get up at 1 in the morning to make it to us. Then I had 45minutes on the phone with their boss about a wardrobe I had already agreed via email to add to the list. Their boss wouldn't let them go until I paid more money. He originally wanted an extra £220.eventually agreed to pay £70 so the van would go because we holding up the whole chain in our house sale. |

My mum moved from the Midlands to the South west and it was a very stressful day which involved a lot of waiting around for banks etc and paperwork. However the two men who dealt with the packing and removals were professional, polite and freindly throughout the long day. They did not moan, complain, frown or show any negativeness at all despite the cold day and the hours of waiting around, and when they did eventually unload, they took their time and were so helpful and obliging with their service. A really friendly and helpful service from start to finish. We are so glad that we chose this firm. |
