Our Company was established in 2009, but we have over 11 years logistical experience.
We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and a careful, professional delivery.
The driver and colleague will oversee the collection and delivery of your item(s), ensuring they are handled and loaded with the greatest of care.
Justine oversees the bookings, schedules, administration and will help make your delivery go as smoothly as possible.
Our friendly and reliable staff are always happy to help and can offer additional services, such as dismantling/reassembling, delivery to room of your choice etc.
We have a few TERMS & CONDITIONS to help our day run smoothly......
1) Please have your items READY TO TRANSPORT when we arrive.
2) If items need to be DISMANTLED, please let us know in advance so we can allow enough time and decide if we need to increase our price.
3) PAYMENT must be made in cash on collection or delivery unless otherwise agreed in advance.
4) We will obtain signature on delivery and, if requested, we will be happy to email you a copy of PROOF OF DELIVERY at the earliest opportunity.
5) We always aim to complete our deliveries within the times specified, However, we cannot be held responsible for events or circumstances beyond our control (i.e. breakdown, accident, adverse weather conditions, major traffic delays, or customer delays etc). If for any reason we are unable to complete your collection/delivery within the specified date/times, then we would contact you immediately and complete our deliveries at the soonest opportunity.
6) If we are sent to an alternative or incorrect ADDRESS then we reserve the right to make an additional charge.
7) If SIZE/WEIGHT/QUANTITY provided are incorrect or incomplete then we reserve the right to charge an additional fee, or refuse to transport the item(s) if there is not enough space.
8) We will be happy to place items where requested, but please notify us in advance so we can allow adequate time and be aware that we take no responsibility for damage to goods or property, whilst inside the property.
9) FRAGILE ITEM: please note that our insurance will only cover fragile items such as glass/mirror etc if they are 'suitably packaged'. Whilst we will cover and strap and take utmost care whilst handling goods, it is the sending customer's responsibility to package adequately.

- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
