This job was never carried out. I paid in full through PayPal. The company didn't turn up to collect the furniture on the agreed date. I re-arranged the job and again, the company didn't turn up. I asked for a refund, which was agreed but never happened. I had to pursue a refund through PayPal, which I did get with PayPal's help.

Booked this is for an urgent delivery to be picked up on a Monday at 9:30am, to be delivered to a customer by the afternoon. Driver never turned up, kept calling iFast, they said half hour, then another half hour, then they ignored my calls.
Eventually a driver turned up at 230pm, but only 1 person not the 2 that I paid for - these were sofas so required 2 people obviously!
So I had to help the driver.
It actually turns out that the driver was only asked to collect from us at 12 on that day and was not asked earlier!!!
The driver picked up a friend on the way and eventually delivered at 9pm! My customer was not very happy as he needed to come back to the office after hours to open up.
There has been no apology from iFast, nor any offer of a partial refund for the fact that it was only a 1 man collection, and also that it was delayed.
It appears that this is a company that only arranges deliveries through someone else, so effectively a middleman! Do not use unless you want loads of aggravation!

We used this courier based on the reviews and it was to deliver a mattress to one of our customers.
I made sure to put the details of the mattress in the item instructions as it was particularly large.
The problems first started when they failed to deliver in the allocated pick up time which meant a member of staff had to work late to ensure they where at our warehouse so the courier could pick up the mattress. So this incurred an extra cost to our business paying staff hourly.The man was aware we where open until 12.30 pm and he showed up at 2pm.
When he did show up the van was too small and he left without the mattress. Bare in mind this mattress is due to our customer the next morning in Yorkshire.
I had no idea what was happening I called the company numbers 10 times no answer left voicemails. I called any van who conveniently managed to get in contact with the guy who said he d be there the next morning at 8am with a bigger van and our customer would have their mattress in the afternoon .
I was so relieved and just wanted my own customer to be happy to even complain at this point about the experience so far.
The next morning its my day off work and a collegue calls me to explain the courier hasn't showed up and wont get there till 1pm .
The courier promised once again he will have the mattress to my customer that evening.
My customer calls at 5pm as no sign off mattress she is so unhappy we called courier he said he will be there around 7.30 pm .
NEVER SHOWED UP .
My customer had to sleep on the floor I had to offer compensation to her on behalf of this company's mess ups.
They delivered the next day at 4pm .
So all in all after paying £170 to deliver a mattress my company have had to pay over time to staff 2 days running , we have had to deal with an unhappy customer ringing hourly to see where her mattress and we have had to pay compensation .
This was my worst nightmare .
I have never used any van before and as business we would probably have used them weekly or this individual courier if we where not let down .
If you have an urgent important delivery I would never take the risk with this guy.
