Nicu76 of nikolas.removals was absolutely brilliant! I asked for 2 men because I had a lot of heavy furniture and very heavy kitchen goods (tall fridge, tall freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer) and also loads of boxes and suitcases from every room. Him and his friend worked fast and efficiently and helped with taking apart furniture to make it easier to move and I had a lot of large mirrors which they made secure for me so that they arrived with no breakages. They did 2 trips and even though there was more stuff than he had expected, he got it all moved and put into the rooms that I asked him to with no problems and no extra cost. When they were finished he even helped me with the boiler in my new house because I couldn't get it to work, he went out of his way to help me which was very kind of him and much appreciated. His quote was the cheapest quote I received (over £100 cheaper than others) and I am so glad that I picked him because I don't think anybody else could have done it better. I'm 100% happy with the job done and I would highly recommend him to anybody moving house or any type of removals. I don't have enough words to describe the fantastic work that nice and his partner did with us. We had much more stuff that we thought we would have before and it was ok for them. Also, they broke in parts our huge wardrobe, which was extra work, without asking more money and keeping the same price!! I totally recommend them. They are a very good and professional workers, and fantastic persons, as well. |

Can't speak highly enough of Nico, he was punctual, polite and very hard working. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He and his helper were very friendly and always smiling. We moved quite a bit of stuff and the delivery venue changed on the day as we were travelling. I informed Nico and he went to the new address where he had to carry everything 100m before reaching the property and then down a flight of stairs. Again this was no problem and done with a smile and cheerful attitude. Great guy, great service. I would HIGHLY recommend him and will use him again!! |
