This driver booked at between 1.30-2pm arrived at 4.10pm leaving me standing on a main road with 2 heavy items for over 2 hours. Each time I called he lied to me telling me he was 10 minutes away & that he was stuck in traffic. I suspect he took another job. He then stopped answering my call so at 3.30pm I had no idea if he intended to arrive. I call the antvan.com number for support, spoke with a manager who said she would call the driver however the issue was between myself and the driver & said all she could do was call him in line with AnyVan policy & she only showed any concern when I informed her that as a journalist for a national newspaper I will be writing an article about my experience with anyvan & the role of service brokers in internet sales. Having "had surgery 3weeks ago I was left unwell, very cold & in tears by this driver booked through anyvan.com. I would not reccomend this driver or anyvan.com to anybody and have used social media to relay my experience of anyvan and this driver to others. The total time taken to complete pick up & delivery to Kent was 4hours and 49 minutes due to the amount of time I was left, the constant lies from this driver and the fact that there is more traffic at 4.20pm then there would have been at 2pm. The service provided by this driver if it can be called a service was negligible and a complete shambles. The post sales support from anyvan.com was equal to that. |

Very friendly and helpful. Assisted with the loading and unloading of the van, which was very spacious. Was on time for both pick up and drop off. Would highly recommend. |

Shepherd and his assistant let me know they had contacted the seller of the sofa that I had purchased and phoned me en route giving me an expected time of arrival. They were courteous, competent and quickly took out the old sofa and replaced it with the new sofa. I would certainly use them again. |

Appalling Service by the allocated driver. When the driver arrived , I asked him to take an additional settle for an extra £20 in addition to the required £66. The said this was not enough Andi gave the £100 on condition that they assisted my daughter to lift at the other end . Having left my house at midday , they did not arrive in London till 6pm ans with only one man . A male guest at my daughters house had to manhandle the settees on his own . |

Brilliant service. Was let down by another company and these stepped in and collected on the same day and delivered the next to me. They carried the sofa to the designated room and even offered to put the feet back on the sofa as they had been removed to prevent damage in transit. Very pleased and no hesitation in recommending. |
