All bids are excepted on the basis of the inventory supplied by the customer any extra items that are not listed will be charged at an extra cost unless otherwise agreed

Unless otherwise stated parking outside the property will be assumed if this is not the case and then extra fees may apply depending on distance travelled from collection address. If parking permits needed these are the customer's responsibility and are paid by the customer unless otherwise agreed.

Box wait is to be no more than 20 KG per box any box exceeding this weight can be refused.

Any boxes or items pre-packed and need to send us detail picture and videos before collection unless specifically agreed the contents will not be insured.

Access at the collection and delivery addresses need to be confirmed before acceptance, stairs, lifts, distances over 10mtr if not access will be assumed to be good. If this is not the case on arrival extra charges can be incurred.

Any-van’s deposit does not affect our T+C’s. If a job is cancelled without a minimum of 7 days’ notice a 25% cancellation charge will be due. If a job is cancelled without 24 hours’ notice a 50% cancellation fee will be due.
