I would like to take this opportunity to introduce us to you and advise you of what services it can offer to your business.
We offer both a domestic and mainland Europe delivery/collection service using our fleet of Mercedes sprinter vans. These vehicles, which have a load capacity of 12 cubic metres and 1550kg payload are ideal for carrying goods whether they be large or small.
The reliability of the Mercedes brand, plus the experience of our driver make this an ideal combination to transport your goods.
We are fully insured for courier use with:
· £1 million Public Liability Insurance
· Up to £10,000 Goods In Transit (GIT) insurance including electrical goods.
To become an Accredited transport provider we ask our users to present one of the following pieces of documentation to further verify themselves.
- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details

Antique Sofas damaged in transit, inclusive of broken leg and rips. Insurance claim submitted via courier who promised to sort this out and then stopped answering emails and ignored calls after getting annoyed the buyer and seller were chasing this as there were no updates. Very helpful and polite man, helped get the items inside and put them together. Was good humored about a mix up at collection end and kept me clearly informed on progress and eta. Only downside to keep in mind is that he was alone so I had to help lift, tricky if you have physical issues. Highly recommended service. |

I spoke to this person several times, seemed helpful. I paid my deposit and then even spoke on the phone. He said he would call my flatmate straight after getting off the phone to me and then be in touch with me the following day at mid-day to confirm pick-up dates and times. He never got in touch, despite the fact it was an urgent removal and he had said he would. In the end, when he hadn't replied to my numerous messages for several days, I had to contact AnyVan to ask for my deposit refunded and they recommended that I report my negative experience here in the feedback to benefit others, which is why I am writing this here. |
