Van was late - driver did not answer the phone to find out what was going on for over an hour - rescheduled for later in the day - driver was again late and this time by half an hour - load was not secured inside the van - on arrival stuff was everywhere and on unpacking I have found items smashed due to inconsiderate driving. |

Delivered after 9 pm, no phone call to let us know, I had to stop them trying to force chair through doorway, which ended in severe scratching of leather on almost all corners, I think the reasoning was" if we do it quick enough no one would notice" No phone call to collection point despite promise, so ended up with me getting a curt call from seller as well. NOT A GOOD DAY.. |

No communication at all, lots of false promise's also left the person who pick up was from waiting 6 hrs outside with all the furniture to then phone and say they were not coming until the nxt day, when it was them who made the arrangements to collect at that time. They never turned up @8am as promised the nxt day and no contact has been possible ever since not through lack of me trying I have messaged on here, texted, left voice messages on his phone to no avail??????????? time wasters/JOKERS. |
