We have been trading as red line deliverys for 3 years.
We have 2 types of delivery vehicles which is lwb vans or a car for small items. All vehicles are no older than 2005 models.
Red Line is a reliable delivery company. We do our best to provied great customer services.
Our main aim is to keep customers satisfied by reaching the set destinations points on time. Once you have accepted our bid on anyvan,we will call you to provide you with a time slot for collection. We do the same to notify you of the delivery day for your goods, most deliverys are done on the collection day. A thirty minute courtesy call can be given on the day if requested. On the day of pick up, customers will require copies of personal documents and proof of address e.g. driver license or a pass port. All jobs will require a deposit of 30% for the total value of service. In return you will be given a reciep for the deposit and a copy of the company details along with the drivers details. you will be given the direct number of the driver,so that you could track your order. we advise our customer to wrap your goods to avoid any small scratches or damages. We would not be hold reliable for any small damage on the goods. All our drivers are safe drivers and will take care of the good as if it's there own!
