About Me
Hi my name is Mr T and I provide a delivery and handyman service that is second to none. I'm qualified to do all sorts of jobs in and around the house from installations, repairs etc. I can do Electrics , plumbing, painting, decoration, install kitchens, bathrooms and so on. I also provide a excellent door to door service, from deliveries, Clarence, or removals. I'm a jack of all trades with a high standard and a good eye for attention. If I can help you anyway then I will go out of my way to make it happen. I like to Under Promise and Over Deliver. Thank you and see you soon.....
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1) I ask that you have your items READY TO TRANSPORT when I arrive, to enable me to meet all my customers needs. If I'm kept waiting for more than 30 mins, then I reserve the right to make an additional charge of £20 per hour, or to cancel the job if I don't have time to wait.
2) If items need to be DISMANTLED for any reason, this must be advised in advance and there will be an additional charge of £20
3) PAYMENT must be made in cash on collection or delivery unless otherwise agreed in advance.
4) If collection or delivery is within the LONDON CONGESTION ZONE, then there will be an additional charge of £10.
5) I can always obtain signature on delivery and, if requested, I will be happy to email you a copy of PROOF OF DELIVERY as soon as possible.
6) I always aim to complete my deliveries within the times specified, but in the event of circumstances beyond my control (i.e. breakdown, accident, adverse weather conditions, or major traffic delays, customer delays etc), i cannot be held responsible. I will try my best endeavours to complete my deliveries at the soonest opportunity.
7) If INCORRECT ADDRESS details are provided then i reserve the right to charge an additional fee.
8) If SIZE/WEIGHT provided are incorrect or incomplete then i reserve the right to charge an additional fee, or refuse to transport the item if there is not enough space.

MrTbone is one of the best I have come across, the service provided was on time and of the highest quality. He responded well to every text message and emails, was available to communicate when ever needed and did what they said they were going to do. Great to work with and will work with them again! Mr T was absolutely fabulous!! I can not recommend him enough - I had to move from my mother in laws in Essex to other side of London on my own as my husband couldn't get time off work, and Mr T helped load all my hundreds of boxes, was so friendly and had a wonderful sense of humor even after he helped unload them all too! I was so impressed I booked him again that week to get my other things out of storage - again 11/10 service - no frills just honest help, service with a smile - in my opinion price could not beat considering the service. I would not hesitate to use him again, he made me feel at ease with all the stress of the move and after I called him 3x that week checking his van could hold all my boxes!
