Moveus was able to provide the removal service of items for disposal at very short notice. Three guys from their team came to collect the items and they were friendly and keen to help. We accepted to pay an extra charge as it was a Saturday and Moveus said they would have to keep the items until Monday as they could not obtain a permit to dispose of the items in the local tip on that same day. As it was short notice, the van was smaller than what we had wished for, but again, at very short notice, we were very pleased to see even just part of those unwanted items leaving our house. overall we think Moveus was flexible and fair on their service. |
