Balance is required to be paid in cash on delivery.

carrying customers in my van is not a requirement but only discretional to save time of waiting for you at delivery address

when you believe your job could not be done only by one person kindly ask for second man at extra charge

all jobs are based on a man and a van from ground floor to ground floor, except both parties have agreed before bid is accepted.
