Terms and Conditions:

Under which we operate can only be varied with the agreement of the client and ourselves. In confirming a booking with us you are acknowledging your agreement with the following.
Quotations:
All quotations are made with best intention and any estimates of how long a job will take. You are liable for the full time that you use the service.
If a fixed price for the job has been given this price may be varied if:
i) the quantity of goods has increased
ii) the floors between the goods have varied
iii) the number of people to assist with the move has varied without prior notification.
Work Excluded from the quote:
We reserve the right to refuse removal of items from parts of premises which, in the opinion of our driver, constitute a health and safety risk to either himself or other persons.
Insurance:
Our vans are all comprehensively insured for Hire and Reward, plus Goods-in-Transit insurance and Public-Liability-Insurance.
In line with the terms of our underwriters, the first £500 (excess-charge) of any claim is the customer’s responsibility and will be required in advance to initiate the claim process with our insurance company.
Any damage must be reported and verified immediately with the driver who will provide a claim form at the time of the delivery.
It is your responsibility to ensure that any items being transported are protected with wrapping to prevent minor damages unless you have requested a full wrapping and packing service whereby we are liable.
Payment:
We are not open to negotiate price once the bid is accepted, In some cases deposit is required and its non-refundable. In some cases full payment is demanded before the removal date unless prior agreement have been agreed.
Parking:
You, the client, is responsible for ensuring that we can park legally at each address.
The quote provided is on the assumption that we will be able to park within 10 metres of the pick-up point. If we are unable to do so, we reserve the right to revise our quotation.
Our advice is that you obtain a parking dispensation,obtainable from the local authority covering each address.
