Terms and Conditions:

1. Capital Delivery reserves the right to cancel jobs if they have been accepted prior without checking our availability.

2. Capital Delivery will charge £25/hour for delays that may occur while waiting the customer to allow us load-unload the van.

3. Capital Delivery reserves the right to renegotiate the price if the customer has more items than has been listed or agreed during conversation.

4. Capital Delivery is not any under obligations to dismantle and reassemble the client items unless it was negotiated before job acceptance. If the client wants the items to be dismantled and reassembled without prior agreement, this service will be at extra charge.

5. Collected but undelivered items because of customer’s fault, will be charged a storage fee of £10/day/piece till will be delivered.

6. Capital delivery reserves the right to take other jobs on board, unless the customer has required the VAN only for his job. An empty VAN means same day pick-up/drop-off and a bigger price for the job.

7. If the client didn’t negotiate a time slot for the pick-up/drop-off then we reserve the right to choose one.

8. reserves the right to ask for 25% to be paid when a job had been canceled by the customer or Job Provider.

9. This is building-to-building services, however all quotes are include free complimentary help for pick-up/drop-off from/to ground floor. If any other floors are involved, this must be specified prior to bid acceptance, as it may affect our price.
