Overall very good experience! Moving house was a very stressful situation for me. Communication was great right from the beginning which eased a lot of anxiety. 3 lads were full of energy and very efficient. They never stopped till the the move was completed. Very professional and polite. It was a bit more than the other quotes that I got but money well spent. What you get is what you pay for! Thumbs up! And thank you very much! |

Just got my email reconnected, and i'm very anxious to let everyone know how fantastically Craig and the guys looked after me and my stuff during my recent move from Sunderland to Yorkshire. Moving house is, they say, stressful, and in my case moving after 30 years to a much smaller house in an unknown town had my nerves on edge, though I tried not to show it. Craig and his crew were very comforting just by the way they calmly and efficiently went about their work. I've now unpacked and sorted everything, and not one thing was lost or damaged. Even when we hit a problem, namely not being able to get the keys to the new place because the solicitors hadn't completed the formalities and instead gone out to lunch, Craig and his crew reacted calmly and with good humour to the delay. I really appreciatged it, and would happily recommend this magnificent team to anyone. |
