We are a small family run business based in Gloucestershire. Although new to Anyvan we have many years of experience in the Transport Industry. We run a small fleet of LWB Mercedes Sprinter Vans, fully equipped with Sat Nav, + Blankets and straps to keep your belongings safe and secure whilst in our care. Horrendous service. After my shipment was undelivered on the agreed friday, then undelivered again on the following monday, I chased and chased the company only to find out the owner NEVER answers his phone, and when he does, says he will call the driver to fins out the situation and call straight back. After hearing nothing for 30 minutes I called around 20 times his mobile number and the office number and had no response, he clearly tries to avoid you rather than providing an honest answer as to why your items aren't delivered. Complete lies one after the other. another 3 days went by and my table was still not deliver to the client. Causing endless headaches and extra hours of work trying to chase it up. It was only the following monday, and 10 days later that a very helpful driver for his company took it upon himself to deliver the table for me. How a person runs a business like this I will never know. There was never a single apology or discount offered to make things worse. 7-10 deliveries might be ok with these guys, but I appear to be in the 3-10 that were a complete nightmare. Terrible service. |

They overlooked the date of the job and failed to communicate appropriately. Didn't do the job the next day either! When I did manage to contact someone they said they would ' get back to me' but never did. |
