We have over 5 years' experience in the transport and delivery sector and operate more than one vehicle.
We are based in Northampton, UK but offer services nationwide and across Europe!
Please be clear about any restriction on delivery or pick up times in your description or communication before accepting.
We provide one driver with the vehicle - jobs requiring more than one driver should be requested in your AnyVan job description or in email correspondence.
We accept payment by cash on pick up or delivery or bank transfer at least 24 hours advance of delivery.
Our quote does not include afferent charges such as congestion charge.
Please ensure your goods are well packaged to avoid damage.
Please also note that we do not accept liability for glass or partly glass items and do not pay compensation on them.
All goods in transit accidental damage cover is subject to a £150 excess payable by the customer and a maximum payout of £500 unless we are advised of a higher amount in writing in advance up to a £10,000 maximum.
Times slots of 2 hours are agreed at least 24 hours in advance and after confirmation customers should ensure they are available at this time. Driver waiting times are chargeable at £20 per half hour. For walking distance/alleyways, stairs/floors not confirmed before accepting our quote may incur an additional charge.
