Arrived several hours late as difficulties removing piano from collection point, unable to fit piano in despite assessing entrance prior to off-loading piano. Took full price and left piano in my garden. That said they worked very hard to try and get piano in- over two hours of struggling, very polite and understanding. A difficult situation. |
