TERMS and CONDITIONS
- Quotes are based on the information/Inventory you provide to us on ANYVAN.
- You must understand we are not able to view your items prior to accepting your job.
- We do rely on accurate list of inventorys and therefore it is important for you to understand that, Should you not have provided/ listed ALL of your items, and on the day of pick up and delivery we notice that there IS considerably more items than was listed on ANYVAN, we will reserve the right to make additional charges.
- It is important for you to understand that, you cannot list a few items and end up with a van load for the same price.

- Please it is important for you to let us know the size of your items, and make clear the collection and delivery postcodes, as well as
number of men, if more then one required.

- Please do inform us if there is or would be a problem with regards to access to the building or property, ie steps, no driveway, narrow access parking etc. This information would enble us to know what to expect, when preparing to carry out your Job.

- We reserve the right to make additional (charge)s, should you want us to make a stop at a different location from the original pick up/ delivery point, for additional pick up of items or delivery of items.
- It is your responsibility, to let us know in advance if for any reason you wish to cancel a Job or change to a different date from the original date which you have booked with us on ANYVAN
- It is also your responsibility to ensure that your items are properly packaged either in a box or bubble wrapped etc. except you have made a special request for us to help you package or bubble wrap or use a blanket.
- Please it is important for you to understand that by accepting our bid on ANYVAN you are agreeing to our terms and conditions
