By accepting our bid also to include "book it now" jobs, you accept our terms and conditions following,
London Congestion Charges and Dart Crossing Charges will be payable in addition to fees already agreed in accepting bids, and book it now, if are payable in executing jobs for customers.

if jobs are cancelled by the customer, at least 6 hours before collection is booked by us, the job will be deemed void, and no fees are payable.
if jobs are cancelled by customer, less than 6 hours after collection is booked by us, the customer will be liable for 50% of the fees agreed, or the full amount if fees agreed is below £50.
if we are present at point of collection but jobs are not able to be collected or picked up, due to customers issues, the full amount of agreed fees will be payable by customer.
Any items for collection, not packaged or protected for transport, which is not already notified to us, shall be at the risk and responsibility of damages to the customer. Any damages caused in transport, should be reported upon delivery receipt.
we operate a last communal door to first communal door service, items, quantity, weights, dimensions and labour intensive work on job description must be fare and accurate, any additional or discrepancy will incur additional reflective costs. failed delivery caused by customer issues will incur re-delivery charges of +50% of agreed fees or £50, which ever is the greater.
we operate on basis of load sharing, factors outside our control, traffic and other customer issues must be taken into considerations when deliveries are due. we will provide an AM/PM estimate on delivery day, then notify ETA 1 HOUR in advance of delivery. jobs that customers unfairly double list, won/accepted by us, that we are unable to collect due to other courier collection, the customer will still be liable to us for the full amount.
