Man and a 3.5T black luton van with tail lift at your service! Long distance transportation, item pick up and drop offs, deliveries, house moves, in fact you name it we will do it. 1, 2 or even 3 man team available. we are Fully insured: haulage, goods in transit, fully comp and on business!
Our terms and conditions:
-before accepting a bid made by us, please message to check availability is still there as we take bookings 24/7. This is so you avoid disappointment.
- we aim to be on time, however SOMETIMES we are delayed due to issues out of our control. (traffic, road accidents, weather or previous job complications etc) they cannot always be predicted or for-seen. we apologise for our lateness, we ALWAYS inform our customers should the worst happen that we are caught up in a delay and give a new ETA.
- if as a customer you delay us (through things that could have been prevented) in doing our job for over 20 minutes, (waiting for house keys, not paying for goods/services at a shop where we are collecting from, Packing items that should be packed and ready to go etc) we reserve the right to charge extra. This will be charged at £15 per every 20 minutes. As a delay to us is a delay to our next customer.
- we will not tolerate abuse. we are here to assist you in a job, if you shout or get aggressive, we will refuse help and will drive away.
- we are NOT under any obligations to dismantle/reassemble the client items unless it was negotiated before job acceptance. This service will be at extra charge.
- A max weight restriction is a Health&Safety Regulation, therefore we reserve the right to empty/dismantle and charge for this. this is to comply with the regulation of weight limit.
- Any cancellation within 24 hours of the booking will incur a 50% charge of the original agreed price.
we aim for quick, stress free, professional service. Therefore we ask that all items that are to be transported are packed appropriately :)
