Dear customer.
Based in Manchester, I cover a 60 mile radius of the area.
All work is overseen from start to finish by myself so you can rest assured that your items will be treated with the care and consideration expected from a first class transport provider.
Your items will be transported with blankets and straps for absolute peace of mind.
Collections and deliveries are aimed to be completed same day or next day and within 8 working days of the quote being accepted unless a date has been specified outside the 8 day period.
For items heavier than a 1 man lift, assistance will be required at both collection and delivery point.
Working hours: Mon - Thurs between 8am - 6pm
Please read the Terms and Conditions below to ensure you are happy before accepting my quote.
T&C's
1) Full payment is required via Bank Transfer once the quote has been accepted to confirm the booking.
2) A 50% cancellation fee applies at all times, should you wish to not require my services, raising to 100% of the accepted quote if on the day of the job. This includes if their is an issue with attempted collection and/or delivery of your item resulting in me not being able to collect and/or deliver the item.
3) If I am unable to collect/deliver after confirming the dates and also contacting a minimum of 30 minutes before arrival (including advising I will be in the area and message when leaving the job prior), a secondary attempt charge of £30 will apply.
4) If the item is to be collected or delivered to or from a shop or premises with opening and closing times or time frames, this absolutely must be specified before accepting the quote to ensure I can fit this in for you. Failure to specify this and any subsequent job cancellations due to collections/deliveries being made before/after opening/closing times/time frames without being notified will result in the upholding of the 100% quoted fee
5) This is a ground floor to ground floor service only.
