Terms and conditions:
1. Arrival time on any job is estimated. We will do our best to be on time, but there might be delays caused by circumstances out of our control. (e.g. weather, traffic... ) We do not accept responsibility for any customer loses due to out of our control pick-up/delivery delays.
2. We do not accept responsibility for damaged or lost property after job is complete and payment is completed.
3. Our insurance covers items in transit only. It will not cover any damage which happens inside a property. If you need any further cover for moving, contact your insurance company and get appropriate insurance cover.
4. It's the customer’s responsibility to pack everything properly. We do not accept responsibility for damage or breakage caused by poor packing.
5. It's the customers responsibility to dismantle before our arrival any unit, system, furniture and beds, unless a packing service has already been negotiated with us.
6. It's the customer’s responsibility to make sure that all items will fit in the new premises. (E.g. wardrobe, bed, sofa etc.) We are not insured for removing any doors or making new entrances to the premises.
7. It's the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all carpets, wallpaper, woodwork etc. is appropriately protected prior to our removal of your items. We do not accept responsibility for any damage to decorating, flooring etc. due to inappropriate or lack of protection methods.
8. No staff abuse will be tolerated. If the driver is forced to terminate a job because of abuse from a customer, the customer will still be charged in full.
9. Any cancellations within 48hrs will_be charged a £100 fee.
10. All collection/deliveries marked as FLEXIBLE will be arranged to pick-up and deliver with-in a 10 days time frame.
11. I work as 1 man team for all collection/deliveries so help will be need on heavy/awkward unless a 2 man team is required at an extra charge.
12. I'm a flexible/understanding guy but these T+C are used at my discretion.
We use blankets/straps and wrap to protect item and make sure they arrive undamaged.
To become an Accredited transport provider we ask our users to present one of the following pieces of documentation to further verify themselves.
- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details

After booking the job, this guy then made no contact. I emailed, no response, texted, no response, called, no answer, left a voicemail, no response, called home number and spoke to lady who promised he would call me back, no response. Had to contact any an who were excellent and helped me get a replacement |

DID NOT TURN UP - DO NOT USE. The team (of two men) and the van did not turn up to do our house move even after confirming the time and location the night before. He refused to answer any of our calls or texts, he did not communicate at all as to why he didn't show up and did not answer any calls from Anyvan.com. Very unprofessional. Furthermore, Anyvan were not helpful when we had to accept a job at a much higher price last minute. I would not recommend Anyvan or Mikeyb14. Very dissapointed with the level of service and the attitude of both Anyvan.com and the Removal Men. |

DO NOT USE! Having booked this person to do a house move for me he never showed up, didn't pick up on his mobile or landline when I called and caused massive issues for us. As such I can't recommend you stay away from this person enough. |

I chose MikeyB's quote Move It with Mike, what a joke I didn't even get any contact from Mike!! I text, called 2 phone numbers and emailed yet nothing. Have now booked a professional firm. Do not use this one. The other good comments on his profile must be made up because they are far from the service I received!! |

Mike and his colleague did a fabulous job in undertaking a full house move from Coventry to Sutton Coldfield recently. They turned up early, worked non-stop, took great care in loading the van, including wrapping wardrobes and chest of drawers in plastic to protect them and then delivered and moved everything in to the new house and checked with me where furniture and boxes should go if they were not marked up. I couldn't have asked for more from the two of them. They did an excellent job and I will use Mike again and have recommended him to my friends. |
