Good day. Please note our bid is subject to flexible collection and delivery dates and times unless specified in your job description. Any special requests should be discussed prior to accepting our bid. Collection and delivery usually within 7-10 days of accepting our bid unless otherwise agreed. Collection and delivery usually on the same day. Deliveries to other countries may take longer.
Furthermore, we are only bidding for the transportation of items from A to B (door to door), it does not include collecting from inside the premises, higher or lower floors. Failure to inform us about difficult access will result in refusing collection or additional charges. Also weight of items specially heavy ones must be stated prior to accepting our bid. We will happily help with the handling but help should be available on both ends. Please also remember only one person (driver) will be collecting and delivering your item(s). Transportation includes blanket wrapping if required. All handled with care.
If you have not provided details of your item(s), weight(s) and quantity(s)our bid will be subject to acceptance of your details. It is essential to inform us of exact quantity and details prior to accepting our bid. We reserve the right to charge £5-£20 per item for any extra items not listed prior to accepting our bid. Please note we do not transport any item larger than 240 cm, whether in length or height.
Loading/unloading time 15-20 minutes each. Extra time will be charged at an hourly rate of £30 charged by the hour.
For London collection or deliveries within the congestion zone on weekdays 7 am - 6 pm, the congestion charge of £10 is applicable.
This is a courier service and not a professional removal.
