No contact was made by this company. We contacted them to say we hadn't heard from them, can't speak a lot of English. On the morning of the move we received a phone call advising that they couldn't proceed with the move as there van got written off and offered a more expensive van that was double the cost with extras which we didn't need, offered refund of deposit which has still not been received, just like a lot of other people by the looks of it. AVOID. |

Never turned up. Hardly spoke English, tried to say that he did not receive details of my job from the office. Did not return my call when I tried to find out where he was. DO NOT USE!!!!! |

I was completely let down by this transport person on the day I had to move house!!! I was telephoned late morning to say they would not be there at the time planned as they had a problem but would be in touch. I confirmed with them that they fully planned to do the move but it would be delayed by an hour or two. I waited 2 hours and began to worry. I had to move house as my tenancy was finishing and I had booked about 3 weeks in advance to be sure of things. When I texted them 3 times there was no reply. Then I really worried and rang them. A dozy guy who said he could not speak to me answered. I said I needed a time of arrival. He hung up and said he would phone back. I was never phoned back. Another hour or so went by and I got a text saying they would not be coming and would pay my deposit back. I was completely stressed, had no removal person and was left high and dry. On top of that I have had no deposit back!! Do not use this mover. If someone has a problem communication is vital. If he had told me they had broken down or something he could have recommended some one else or told me early enough for me to find a solution and apologised. I don't think he could be bothered to do the move that day. Instead I desperately had to hunt around and was very upset. It cost me double the cost to move stuff to Sussex than he had quoted me. I am very very angry and not happy with AnyVan either. How is this person allowed to operate and let people down like this? B, South London ps how do I get my deposit back from these people???? |

i would like a refund as i had to telephone your comapny as you apparently didnt know about the job, when you came, your men were rude and kept complaining about the job and how they were not aware of the number of items, even though i had the job sheet which had the measurements of the job. They kept complainting about that didnt know about the job, they didnt even bring a truck big enough or anything to move the cupboards. No help or advice was given - they just walked back out the door leaving me stranded. an extremely poor service and would not use your company again. |

The driver confirmed he was able to take the job I posted and at the time I asked for, but in the end just the evening before he realised he wouldn't have managed to do it any longer, so he passed the job to someone he knows. This person got stuck in the M25 for ages and cancelled the job hours later, when we were already meant to have moved. We therefore had to contact someone else for the job and this caused us a lot of annoyance. |
