We are very happy with the service that we received. We were kept up to date when the item would be collected and dropped off. Always came across friendly in communication.

TOTALLY SHOCKING AND UNPROFESSIONAL!! Firstly, the agreed date for the job was collection and delivery within 7 days, i booked monday 5th Aug he agreed collection to be today in advance which is weds 7th August and we had a written agreement (by messages) that delivery would also be this week either thurs 8th or fri 9th- he called at 8pm which i missed the call, i called back and he said he was in BURY nowhere near the job and that he had picked up another job a roof rack which was far bigger than he expected (his words) so my items couldn't now be collected as ("he didnt want to damage them".and "bigger than expected"..i can speculate that he had no room by that comment?and he wouldn't arrive to pick up until 11pm even if he could collect he said!) He stated now he cant collect until next weds which is the 14th !(he texted me saying that only the collection date has changed- it was agreed to be tomorrow or fri,his words not mine.... i have not made that agreement up i can assure you) I CANNOT STRESS enough how UNPROFESSIONAL this man is, as after i said i need the evening to think about it calmly, he text me saying he "couldn't understand the problem", i merely said i need the evening to think as he had completely changed the agreed plans! He also texted that he feels he had "UNDERBID for the job and he would understand if i wanted to go elsewhere"...BIT LATE ...8pm on day of collection! He also said only the collection date had changed (totally incorrect, as he agreed delivery thurs or fri of this week and from nowhere plucked that he was always due to deliver next weds???!NOPE) I BEING A WOMAN didn't want a man who i don't know texting me further at 9pm and i asked him not to text me again, which HE DID, this is seriously unacceptable!!! Honestly im shocked that he is allowed on the site! IM CURRENTLY REPORTING HIM TO ANYVAN and i would advise using another PROFESSIONAL courier which im sure there are many on anyvan! OVERALL- UNRELIABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL- all above is an accurate portrayal of my personal experience of this provider.
