We are offering services ranging from Man in Van to White glove removal service.
Term & Conditions
1. We reserve the right to cancel any job accepted by the customer without written confirmation of availability from the transport company.
2. We offer a strictly cash on delivery service. Payment can be made with a bank transfer or PayPal (5% surcharge applies), this needs to clear in the bank 24 hours before commencement of job.
3. If no time slot was agreed on during the dialogue phase the company reserve the right to allocate the collection time.
4. The bid offered is for a Man in Van service, where we will load and unload the van within reasonable terms. Our van comes complete with Dollies, Sack Trucks, Blankets, ratchets and Elastic cords to secure the loads during transport.
5. The customer is required to make all reasonable effort to supply the following information as accurately as possible. Inaccurate information may increase the cost of service on the day.
5.1. Parking restrictions, Including Height.
5.2. Distance from loading area to collection areas.
5.3. Inventory Listing
5.4. Floor levels, Elevator/Stairs
6. Additional Charges that could be incurred on the day
6.1. Penalty charge Notice (if incurred under express direction of customer)
6.2. Parking Charges
6.3. Congestion Charges
6.4. Undeclared Floor levels, Elevator (£5 per floor per porter) or Stair Access (£15 per floor per porter)
6.5. Disassembly and reassembly of items (£15-£30 depending complexity)
6.6. Packing Service and Packaging
6.7. Additional Stops, collections or drop offs.
6.8. Additional Inventory (1 or two items are fine)
6.9. Waiting, £40 per half hour
7. If the Customer cancels the booking 48 hours prior to collection date, then we will ask for 100% of the original fee to be paid.
8. insurance will only cover your items if they are boxed or securely packaged for transportation. All care will be taken with your items
9. We do not offer exclusivity of Van (except where we move entire house contents) or take passengers. Please enquire about this during dialogue phase.

- Bronze Certified
= 20 - 70 successful jobs - Silver Certified

To become an Accredited transport provider we ask our users to present one of the following pieces of documentation to further verify themselves.
- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details
